This is the new Italeri AB.41 armoured car; the complex camouflage took several days to mask.
This model won a silver medal at the 2006 AMPS show in Hubbard, Ohio.

This Bradley is the original Tamiya M2 kit with interior. I added exterior stowage and weathered
it with chalk pastels.

This BTR-70 is my pride and joy. The Dragon kit was extensively detailed including the addition
of a scratchbuilt interior. Again weathering is via chalk pastels. It's a Verlinden Russian Tank Commander figure on the base
for scale.

Here is the old Tamiya Sheridan kit suped-up with some scratchbuilt details - armoured cupola,
turret basket, gun barrel, smoke dischargers, searchlight, etc.

ESCI makes a pretty nice 1/72nd scale Merkava Mk II. This model is straight from the box, except for scratchbuilt ball and
chain armour along the turret bustle (impossible to see in the photo) and tactical markings I made up. There's a combination
of washes and chalk pastels for the weathering.

This is the JB models 1/76th scale Saladin Armoured Car. I originally thought I would just throw it together right out of
the box and have something finished quickly - for a change. Wrong. There's a complete scratchbuilt interior in there! I also
positioned the wheels on the front two axles in a turn and added MV lenses to the headlights.

Shown here is the AFV Club Wiesel Mk 20 vehicle depicted in UN service in Somalia. What a great kit ! This puppy is pretty
much out of the box except for MV lenses in the headlights, new front mudflaps (from sheet latex) and a bedroll & camo
net from the spares box. The screen over the muffler is a very nice photo-etched piece included in the kit - a bit tricky
to bend right, but it looks good when installed and painted. The one-piece vinyl tracks look decent when attached because
the real vehicle has rubber-band like tracks anyway.
